Contact us by e-mail or phone. We will advise you on our products and clarify which package will optimally stage your project according to your budget.

2 Data transmission.
Send us your existing plans and documents in advance or upload them to our Golem Cloud. We will check the data and estimate the effort.

3 Selection.
Define the desired products and the quantity:
3D visualisations, 360° tours and/or animations

4 Offer.
After selecting the desired products, you will receive a non-binding offer. These are individually tailored to the size of the project and the project documents.
Are there any objections? - We will be happy to adjust the offer and find a fair solution.

5 correction loops.
We usually create first drafts as so-called "whiterenderings".
Do you still want a change in perspective, set-up or camera movement?
No problem! With up to 2 further, coloured drafts and thus 3 correction loops, we give you the opportunity to optimally implement your ideas.

6 Finalisation.
After up to 3 correction loops and the approval of all drafts, we finalise the project.
Now our computers calculate photorealistic visualisations in 4k resolution using state-of-the-art physics engines.
Project phases for renderings.
1. whiterenderings
In the first so-called whiterendering phase, we make several perspective proposals on your property.
The equipment, furniture and open space design can also be discussed at this stage. We will take initial change requests with us into phase 2.
Once the perspectives are selected, we create the next drafts in colour and incorporate any feedback from the whiterendering phase.
2nd design phase
With up to two further included correction loops with renderings in colour, we approach your desired style.
Our clients appreciate the high quality of the interim designs as a basis for making decisions on changes in materials and fittings.
As soon as the last feedback has been incorporated, we will create the final renderings in 4k resolution.
